The HVAC program is a 36-week program that combines essential areas of knowledge with an abundance of hands-on training on our real HVAC training equipment. You’ll develop skills in brazing, cutting, soldering, welding, and working with motors. And you’ll gain a working knowledge in the principles of heat, energy, and pressure; electrical systems and components; commercial environmental systems; commercial refrigeration; HVAC system design; and refrigeration systems.

The HVAC Field

As an HVAC technician, you’ll be a key player and a major contributor to the comfort of those in homes, businesses, hospitals, office buildings, factories, and other settings. You’ll have the extensive working knowledge necessary for the successful operation, maintenance, and repair of residential and commercial systems. And you’ll work in a rapidly growing field.
