Summit College SMS Terms & Conditions
Program description. Summit College operates a text messaging program that sends admissions and enrollment information to prospective and current students who have opted in. Messages include program information, campus tour confirmations and reminders, appointment reminders, start date announcements, financial aid deadlines, enrollment status updates, and occasional promotional messages about Summit College programs.
How to opt in. You may opt in by checking the SMS consent box on a form at summitcollege.edu or on a Summit College landing page, by providing verbal consent to a Summit College representative during a phone call, or by texting a Summit College campus number directly. Consent is never required as a condition of enrolling at or attending Summit College.
Message frequency. Message frequency varies.
Cost. Message and data rates may apply. Summit College does not charge for text messages; your mobile carrier’s standard rates apply.
How to opt out. Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving text messages from Summit College. You will receive one confirmation message and no further messages thereafter. You may also ask any Summit College representative to remove you from text messaging.

Carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Privacy. Mobile information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Any other mentions in our Privacy Policy exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
