Summit College, an industry leader for over 20 years in the Technical Training Field, is please to now provide its newest program of Heating, Air Conditioning and Refrigeration. Summit is seeking talent in Orange County and Colton. Summit College is seeking an innovative Instructor to teach our HVAC program according to curriculum guidelines and state requirements. Candidate must possess full knowledge of HVAC diagnostics, repair, and replacement of Refrigeration, Electrical, Residential, and Commercial Systems. Applicant must have general knowledge of Design and Layout for a facility specializing in instruction of HVAC to the adult learner; correcting in academic efforts and providing a safe learning environment. Candidate must have at least 3 years’ field experience in heating, air conditioning and/or refrigeration with responsible experience working in the industry and knowledge of servicing, troubleshooting, and the installation of residential and light commercial HVAC systems.

*   Strong written and verbal communication skills;
*   PC literate;
*   Enjoy working with a diverse group of students;
*   Prior experience in education will be a definite plus.
